Your business context
Write from the facts your business can stand behind
Blogo uses confirmed business context when preparing an article: what you offer, whom you serve, what must be included and which claims your company does not make. Private specifications still come from your team.
Make product boundaries part of the writing brief
An AI writer should know more than your preferred tone. A supplier may offer one process but not another, serve a limited market or require a drawing before quoting. Those boundaries change what an article can truthfully recommend.
Blogo’s business context includes products and services, target market, required details, wording to avoid and the intended next action. Confirm that context before asking the writer to produce business-specific recommendations.
Keep private terms separate from public evidence
MOQ, lead time and capacity can depend on the order and current operating conditions. Your approved information provides the relevant context; the model should not invent a number because a competitor’s page includes one.
A certificate or regulatory claim needs appropriate evidence. Typing a certification label into business information does not independently establish that it is valid or applies to the product being discussed. Final review remains necessary.
- Use a precise value only when the scope and date are clear.
- State conditions such as “subject to drawing review” where they apply.
- Keep unsupported certification and customer-result claims out of the draft.
Example: replace a broad claim with a useful boundary
Illustrative wording to avoid: “We make every material and deliver every order within seven days.” A more useful briefing instruction is: “Describe only our confirmed product range. Ask for the application, drawing and quantity before discussing a delivery estimate.” This example is not a statement about Blogo’s customers or your company’s actual capabilities.
Review the current facts with the current draft
Blogo ties confirmation to the article and business context being reviewed. Changes to the text or underlying facts can require a fresh confirmation before a WordPress draft handoff. That keeps an earlier approval from standing in for a later version.
This is business context inside the writing workflow. It is not a claim that Blogo can ingest every file format, certify specifications independently or replace the engineer who knows the product.
